Designation: Assistant Manager Channel Management
Reporting To: Manager Channel Management
Location: Ahmedabad
Education: B.E. Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical & Instrumentation / Chemical
Experience: 3-4 years experience in channel sales management of small / medium sized capital equipment, preferably ductable evaporative air-coolers / packaged air-conditioning systems
Job Responsibilities:
- Be a key driver in the growth of the business across the country
- Main responsibility will be to help all the channel partners to achieve their individual sales targets by helping them in increasing the enquiry pipeline and improving their conversion
- Develop sales forecasts on a monthly basis
- Provide regular inputs to the marketing department to develop sales promotion programs and content for the channel partners
- Serve as a liaison between channel partners and company’s internal departments
- Coordinate with all the internal departments to ensure timely payment collection, machine dispatches, and sort out any issues related to post sales service requirements
Skills Required:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking for business analysis
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hindi
- Self-starter including ability to initiate activity and think creatively
