Experience: 15-20 years with exposure to Technical, Sales and Business Development in textile machinery / components industry. (Automation / Engineering experience additional preference)
– Domain knowledge, process knowledge of textile industry
– Knowledge of various textile components / sub-assemblies & their value in textile machines
– Knowledge & sales experience in working with textile OEMs as we sell parts to OEMs also
– Knowledge & sales experience in working with textile end users
– Sales experience in direct B2B selling and also working through distributors / dealers / agents
– Business development experience
– Working with manufacturing team for product development
– Knowledge of application engineering & solving field complaints
– International customers experience and developing business other than India.
– Must have handled teams (people management experience)
– Preferably worked earlier in OEMs (LMW/Rieter/KTTM) or any precision component industry where value selling and precision selling is involved.
