Job Purpose | |||
To architect and oversee the continuous improvement of technology platform covering all aspects of the loan processing like loan application, automated decisioning, 3rd party financial data-source integration (bureau, cersai etc.), loan lifecycle management, data-driven learning algorithms (like credit decisioning, collection prioritization etc.) , workflows to manage foreclosures, settlements and associated business accounting. | |||
Key Responsibilities | |||
Supervisory Responsibilities | 1. Oversee projects and assignments within the Information Systems (IS) department
2. Lead efficient operation of the team so that prompt modernization and upgrades of IS are performed as needed 3. Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive |

Functional Responsibilities | 1. Collaborate with members of the executive committee to identify ways IT can assist the company in achieving business and financial goals
2. Identify new IS developments and technologies; anticipate resulting organizational modifications 3. Build and own IT budget of the Organisation 4. Proficiency in programme execution with fair control on scope and time of execution. Building cost benefit models for strategic initiatives involving technology 5. Ensure that IT and network infrastructure adequately support the company’s computing, data processing, and communications needs 6. Develop and implement the IT budget 7. Communicate goals, projects, and timelines of the company to the department; plan ways to execute those goals within the department 8. Establish long-term IS needs and plans and develops strategies for developing systems and acquiring software and hardware necessary to meet those needs 9. Assist as top-level contact for end users in determining IS requirements and/or solutions 10. Ensure compliance with government regulations that apply to systems operations |

Job Requirements | |||
Qualifications | · Masters degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology required
· At least 15 years of experience in administration of information systems and technology, with increasing level of responsibility throughout
|

Experience | Minimum 15 years | ||
Functional Competencies | · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in G- Suite or related software · Excellent ability to conceptualize long-term business goals and develop orderly processes to accomplish those goals. · Excellent managerial skills · Thorough understanding of information technology and information technology systems |
